Ventura PU is a high-spec practical outdoor fabric. It is water resistant, fire retardant as well as UV resistant making it more colour fast to light. The 245gsm woven fabric is pliable and easy to work with making it perfect for outdoor seat pads, cushions and beanbags.
The fabric is available in 16 colour offerings, from optic white, subtle greys and garden greens to the intense colours of orange, aqua and yellow alongside a very vibrant pink. Perfect for adding a pop of colour to your outside space. However this is not just a seasonal fabric for the outdoors. Ventura’s high level of water resistance makes it perfect for indoor furnishings. Items where extra protection is needed from rough and tumble, stains and spills, such as the conservatory and children’s rooms.
In particular the white Ventura PU has proved extremely successful in sales to the sublimation print industry. With the trend for bold scatter cushion designs from fine art to exotic prints or the downright quirky. Ventura has been the fabric of choice for many print industry manufacturers to flourish in this marketplace.
